Please familiarize yourself with these rules before commissioning or purchasing an adopt from me!DNI if you support Feral NSFW, Zoophilia, Beastiality, Pedophilia, Transphobia/homophobia, AI Artists. It will result in a block and add to my blacklist.----------------------------------------------------------------
Commission's- I will not be obligated to mishaps if you have not read this document!- My Commissions are USD pay-pal only!- Please note it can take up to 2-6 months for you to receive your Commission or YCH! Sometimes this can be longer depending on my life/work situations. If these are the case's I will keep communication going every 2-3 weeks.- I suggest joining my discord for active updates on artwork process, and or updates on my schedule and important announcements on commission info!- I will not work until full payment has been received! I will wait 1 week after the invoice has been issued. If you have not paid after the final reminder your commission and slot will be terminated.- I will accept payment plans if your order is over 200$. Work will still not be started until the payment has been paid in full.- I have the right to decline any commission for any reason I see fit.Please see below for immediate declining subjects.I Won't Draw:
- Heavy amour outfits.
- NSFW or any fetishes beyond moral standards.
- Dismemberment or SH in any way!
- Very old and Minor (In NSFW)
- Trippy Designs (They hurt my eyes I apologize.)
- Minor x Minor character ships
Ask and you will be blocked and blacklisted along with anyone I see ordering something for blacklisted folk.
I Will Draw:
- Most animals feral and anthro
- My little pony
- Pokemon
- Dinosaurs/Reptiles
- Most Mythical CreaturesCreatures I Won't Draw:
- Complex Alien creatures
- Humans/Mascots (This is for mutuals only until I am more comfortable!)
- Mecha/Robots (I might for an increased price of 20-30$ mainly themed to starwars.)(If your unsure ask! I don't bite, im still learning so if something is not listed let me know!)- For Badges I will require and address and postal code/zip to mail to.- Communication is VITAL in commission work. Please be warned if you go silent on me I will assume you are no longer interested. If you come back to me for a commission and it happens AGAIN action will be taken.- If commissioned you MUST provide a clear unshaded reference of what you would like drawn. I don't draw from description for designs, unless its minor changes to a current ref design.- Fee's are added based on the complexity of the commission/design at my discretion. Fees may also be added for significant changes during the process.- All of my pieces will come with a Watermark for safety but I will not let it be a distraction in a finished piece!- Anything purchased with the intention to be used commercially (ex. merchandise) must be stated upfront. Proper agreements will be decided on accordingly.- You are not allowed to claim my art as your own. Credit must be given. Please do not repost my artwork without my approval.- Do not mint my work on NFT & other blockchain-related technology.- Under no circumstances may you use my work to promote bigotry, transphobia/homophobia, racism, etc. or in crypto/NFTs.- Anything after the sketch is unchangeable unless its during the coloring stage as I will alter color and patterns as they see needing to be fixed. I wont alter lineart or scenery after sketch phase unless its an extra charge.

BLACKLIST- This is a public blacklist to let others know not to sell my designs or art to you.- I have the right to blacklist anyone, you do not have to be a commissioner, follower, or have any relation to me. If your blocked you are blacklisted.- My blacklist is not negotiable, do not message me about your blacklisting or send people after me for it. I reserve my right to blacklist anyone for any reason I see fit.- Do not blacklist evade. If you are on my blacklist you are not allowed to commission me under any circumstances. If the commissioner is not on my blacklist but is purchasing art for the blacklisted member, it will be denied and if I am unaware and you hide that fact from me the commissioner will be blacklisted. Same goes with my designs for adopts. If caught I will make a public beware on my socials to alert your avoidance of my blacklisting.- If you attempt to contact me through an alt or through friends/relatives accounts. You will be blocked/blacklisted. Any contact to my friends/relatives to harass them to get to me will also result in a block/blacklist. If continued a public beware will be made.- Not everyone will be written down on this blacklist, if your blocked assume you are blacklisted.

Adopts/Customs- Please do not associate my designs with Feral NSFW of any kind. If I find out you and anyone who associates with you for my designs or art will be blacklisted.- Anything can be done with the design once purchased (ex. roleplay, mascots, personal physical items, etc.).- I do not support Payment Plans. One time purchases only.- Complicated designs will require an extra fee. (Customs only Adopts have it included.)- Do not resell the design for more than originally bought unless they have extra art. Traded/gifted designs can only be traded/gifted if alone.- Applies to Adopts only: You have the right to the design as long as I remain its original creator! (This means you can edit it just make sure its not heavily altered to look like a whole different adopt/character! Try to keep it to its original intent.) If you feel like its more of a change off these standards but aren't sure feel free to contact me! I would be happy to help for approval.- I will only sell my adopts to users with Toyhouse. Deletion of one of my adopts on TH will result in a black list. Anyone caught selling other designs to these people will also be black listed. (I have a track sheet.)- Do not mint my designs/adopts on NFT & other blockchain-related technology.

!Refunds!- Refunds requested after the piece is finished will be immediately rejected.- Refunds requested after the adopt has been transferred will be immediately rejected.- If a refund is requested, depending on how far I am on the piece, only half will be refunded, and the piece no matter where it is at, will not be completed, but will be sent
